Two continents in a single cup — South America and Africa's Great Lakes, brought together by a unique recipe.
Our N°3 is a journey between two horizons. On one side, Brazil and its Sul de Minas region; on the other, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and the shores of Lake Kivu. Two terroirs, two cultures, two crafts — which we blend to capture the essence of these two exceptional coffees.
From Brazil, in the country's most renowned coffee region: a dry-processed Arabica with a creamy roundness, a balanced body and discreet acidity. From Congo, on the volcanic soils of Lake Kivu, on the border with Rwanda: a high-altitude washed Arabica (1,700 m), with a beautifully rounded acidity and an aroma of spiced vanilla.
From this encounter comes a coffee both indulgent and deep, with notes of caramel, milk chocolate and peanut. A rich roast reveals its full generosity: ideal for your morning and midday espressos.
