Shipping policy

Delivery times
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 48 working hours. Transit times after dispatch are estimates and depend on the destination and the delivery method chosen.
Zones and rates
We deliver to mainland France and across Europe. Delivery is free once your order reaches the following thresholds:
- Mainland France: free pick-up point delivery on orders of €30 or more, free home delivery on orders of €50 or more.
- Europe: free pick-up point delivery on orders of €50 or more, free home delivery on orders of €90 or more.
Below these thresholds, delivery charges are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.
Tracking and issues
You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships. If a parcel arrives damaged, is delayed or goes missing, write to us at contact@deldossi.coffee and we will find a solution.
