Privacy policy

Effective as of June 29, 2026.

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you use the deldossi.coffee website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller is Arthur Deldossi, sole proprietor, publisher of the deldossi.coffee website, whose registered office is located at 6 rue d'Armaillé, 75017 Paris. For any question regarding your personal data, you can write to us at contact@deldossi.coffee.

2. Data we collect

We collect only the data needed for the shop to run properly:

  • the information you provide when placing an order — name, address, e-mail and telephone number — so that we can process and deliver your order, issue your invoice and provide customer service;
  • the information linked to your customer account, if you create one, to make your future purchases easier;
  • your e-mail address, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter, from which you can unsubscribe at any time;
  • browsing data and cookies, which are necessary for the website to function and to measure its audience.

3. Recipients of your data

Your data is shared only with the service providers strictly necessary to fulfill your order: Shopify, which hosts the shop, the carrier responsible for delivery and our payment provider. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

4. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as our commercial relationship requires. Your invoices are archived for ten years, as required by law. Your account data is kept for as long as your account remains active, and your newsletter subscription until you unsubscribe.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of our service providers, in particular Shopify, may process your data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, simply write to us at contact@deldossi.coffee. You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL, the French data protection authority), whose website is available at www.cnil.fr.

7. Cookies

The website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function and, subject to your consent, cookies used to measure its audience. You can manage your preferences at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.
