Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

The special case of coffee

Coffee is a foodstuff supplied in sealed packaging. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation (French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene. Consequently, only unopened bags, still sealed and in their intact original packaging, can be accepted for return. An opened bag can be neither returned nor refunded.

How to proceed

Before returning anything, write to us at contact@deldossi.coffee; we will explain the steps to follow. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the return, using the same payment method as for your original order.

Defective or damaged products

If a product reaches you damaged or not as described, please contact us promptly at contact@deldossi.coffee and we will arrange an exchange or a refund under the applicable statutory warranties.
