Terms of sale
Effective as of 29 June 2026.
1. Purpose
These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") govern sales of products concluded on the website deldossi.coffee between Arthur Deldossi, sole trader and publisher of the website deldossi.coffee (the "Seller"), and any person making a purchase (the "Customer"). Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.
2. Products
The Seller offers roasted specialty coffees as well as coffee-related accessories. Products are offered subject to available stock. Photographs and descriptions are as faithful as possible but are not contractually binding.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in euros on each product page. In accordance with article 293 B du Code général des impôts (the French General Tax Code), the statement "TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI" (VAT not applicable) applies: prices are net of tax and no VAT is charged. The applicable price is the price in force on the day of the order. Any delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed and restated at the time of payment.
4. Ordering
The Customer selects their products, reviews the contents of their basket, then confirms their order and payment. The order confirmation, sent by e-mail, constitutes conclusion of the contract. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order on legitimate grounds (abnormal order, prior dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability).
5. Payment
Payment is made online, at the time of ordering, by credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Shopify Payments. (PayPal and payment in instalments may be added at a later date.) Transactions are secure; banking details are not stored by the Seller.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 48 working hours to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery areas are metropolitan France and Europe (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom).
Delivery is free of charge above the following thresholds: metropolitan France — pick-up point from 30 € of purchase, home delivery from 50 €; Europe — pick-up point from 50 €, home delivery from 90 €. Below these thresholds, delivery charges are displayed before payment. Transit times are indicative only. In the event of a damaged or missing parcel, the Customer is invited to notify the Seller promptly so that the matter can be put right.
7. Right of withdrawal
Consumer Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
Exception applicable to coffee: in accordance with article L221-28 du Code de la consommation (the French Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for foodstuffs or for products unsealed after delivery for reasons of hygiene. Consequently, only unopened coffee bags, sealed and in their intact original packaging, may be returned ; opened bags can be neither returned nor refunded.
8. Returns and refunds
To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer notifies the Seller at contact@deldossi.coffee, then returns the eligible product(s). Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the case of a defective product or a shipping error. The refund is issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method as the original order.
9. Warranties
Independently of the right of withdrawal, the Customer benefits from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 et suivants du Code civil, the French Civil Code). In the event of a non-conforming or defective product, the Customer may contact the Seller at contact@deldossi.coffee to obtain an exchange or a refund.
10. Liability
The Seller is bound by a best-efforts obligation. The Seller cannot be held liable for inconvenience or damage arising from use of the Internet (service interruption, external intrusion, presence of viruses). The products comply with French regulations; it is the Customer's responsibility to use them appropriately.
11. Intellectual property
All elements of the deldossi.coffee website (visual identity, logo, texts, imagery and photographs) are the exclusive property of Arthur Deldossi. Any reproduction or use, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
12. Personal data
Data collected in connection with orders is processed by Arthur Deldossi, as data controller, in accordance with the GDPR and the loi Informatique et Libertés (the French Data Protection Act). The Customer has, in particular, rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which may be exercised at contact@deldossi.coffee. Full details are set out in the Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law and disputes
These online terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, jurisdiction is conferred on the competent courts of Paris, notwithstanding any plurality of defendants or third-party claims.
